To play, complete as many of the activities featured on our Family Literacy Bingo card as you can before January 30th. When your family completes a line (vertical, diagonal, or horizontal) your name is entered into the draw for cool literacy inspired prizes (Up to 5 entries per family permitted)!
Write the student’s name and the school name at the top of the form. Mark the squares representing the activities that your family has completed. Then enter the contest by one of the following methods:
A) Post a picture of your Bingo card to our Facebook pagebefore January 30, 2020. (www.facebook.com/wqliteracy)
B) Return the completed card (this form) to your school.
C) Email a picture of your card to [email protected]
