Work Skills Assessment

Learner assessments are a valuable tool that will help tutors and learners work together to identify learning goals. They are also a great way to track learner progress.

The following learner lead self-assessment allows the learner to identify areas where additional learning would be beneficial to upgrading their 9 essential Work Skills. You can read more about Canada’s Essential Work Skills here.

Note: Not all skills will be relevant to individual learners. However, this tool can help expand both the tutor and learner’s understanding of Work Skills and inspire content for future lessons.
